The retreat is scheduled for January

22nd-24th, at Ridgecrest Conference

Center, located at 1 Ridgecrest Drive,

Black Mountain, NC 28711.

Upon arrival, please look for signs directing you to the hotel you booked. Most of our accommodations are in Mtn Laurel which is the first lodging building you will see. You may call the center directly at 828-669-8022 for further help.

The first session starts Thursday, January 22nd at 6 PM at the Spilman Auditorium. The retreat concludes on Saturday January 24 at 12pm. Please refer to the site map on the retreat page for directions.

Some are fasting so meals are optional. Packages can be purchased at time of room booking. If you purchased a meal package, meal times are: breakfast: 7:15-8:15 am, lunch: 12-1 pm, dinner: 5:30- 6:30 pm. No meals on Thursday.

Most rooms in Mount Laurel, East and West come with a fridge & microwave, please call the facility to confirm based on your reservation. 828-669-8022

The retreat will feature worship sessions, teachings, prayer meetings, and opportunities for personal reflection and fellowship.

It's recommended to bring comfortable , warm clothing, personal toiletries, a Bible, a notebook, food and any necessary medications. You can bring an extra blanket if you’re more prone to the cold.

Refunds of deposits are not permitted by the Ridgecrest conference center after a certain time. If you’re no longer able to attend, we suggest finding someone to take over your room so you do not lose your deposit.

There aren’t restaurants very close to the venue. The center is unable to accept meal plan reservations beyond 1/16. If you book after 1/16 you will be able to enjoy meals at a la carte pricing.
